Adventism in Norway : ウィキペディア英語版 | Adventism in Norway Adventist congregations in Norway (Norwegian: ''Adventistsamfunnet'') is a protestant free church in Norway with a total mempership of 5,086 people 〔(Statistics Norway )〕 in 2009 in about 70 local churches. The Danish American ''John G. Matteson'' came to Norway in 1878 and began working as a missionary for the Seventh-day Adventists. The following year was the first church organized in Oslo.
